SHIPPING POLICY

  • All products will be dispatched the same day as receiving cleared payment if completed by 2pm AEST. Alternatively, products will be dispatched the next business day.
  • For purchases made on Public holidays and Weekends, your products will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • As a customer you have the responsibility to provide us with a correct shipping address along with any additional requirements during checkout.
  • It is highly recommended that you use a physical address and NOT a PO box during checkout due to the weight and dimensions of the products.
  • A re-delivery fee will be payable by the customer for undeliverable/returned products due to an incorrect address being supplied or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Superior Vision Australia is not liable for any products damaged or missing during shipping. If you would like postage insurance, please select this option during checkout.
  • All orders will be shipped with Australia Post, unless specified otherwise.
